You are being asked to
submit an application even if you have already submitted
a resume so we have record of your personal and
employment history, verified and signed by the
applicant.
It's
important for your job application to be complete,
correct (no errors), accurate, signed and dated.

volunteered positions or you may use your teachers if
your a student. Ask for permission prior to using
someone as a reference.
Don't forget to sign your

Applications and Resume and Transcripts (if
applicable) must be complete and submitted together in order to be considered
for employment with Community Action.
